By using iYarrow you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language.

What iYarrow is

iYarrow is a guidance tool for people who are lost on a real decision or the shape of a life. I Ching, 紫微斗數, Western natal, and tarot are ways in; the job is orientation and support, not fortune-telling and not a companion. It is for reflection and entertainment. It does not predict outcomes and is not professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Decisions you make are your own.

iYarrow also offers 紫微斗數 (Zi Wei Dou Shu) chart readings. These are deliberately written in a decisive, direct style (鐵口直斷) — they commit to clear calls rather than hedged possibilities. That style is a voice, not a promise: the same reflection-and-entertainment terms above apply, they do not predict outcomes, and they are not professional advice of any kind.

Using the service

• You must provide a valid email address and be able to receive mail at it.
• iYarrow is offered free of charge with fair-use limits on how many readings you can request. These limits keep the service sustainable and may change.
• Do not abuse the service — no automated scraping, no attempts to overload or circumvent limits, no unlawful use.

Purchases and credits

iYarrow also offers optional one-time credit packs. A pack adds reading credit to your account. Credit is not money held on deposit: it is counted in US dollars, and shown with a $ sign, because paid features are metered by what they cost us to run — so the credit a pack adds is a smaller number than the price of the pack. Before you buy, each pack shows roughly how many questions it covers, which is the figure worth comparing. Credit is drawn down as you use paid features, does not expire, and has no cash value outside iYarrow. A pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Credits are added to your account immediately after payment completes. By completing a purchase, you agree that we may begin providing this digital content right away, and — where the EU or UK's 14-day cooling-off right for digital goods would otherwise apply — you waive that right for this purchase (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(m)), except where a refund is issued at our discretion or required by law.

If Stripe refunds a purchase, or a payment dispute is decided against us, we take back the credit that purchase added — not the refunded amount of money, which is the larger number. A full refund removes exactly the credit that purchase granted; a partial refund removes the same share of it. We stop at zero and never go below.

Your account

You may delete your account and data at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No warranty

iYarrow is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on a reading.

Changes

We may update these terms as iYarrow evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
